Why Yoga?

Yoga is an ancient spiritual science that is designed to still the mind through physical movements, meditation and breathing techniques. At Heart Centre, we follow the philosophy of yoga tantra, so that every class strives to meet the physical, mental and emotional needs of the practitioner. We also keep up with Western scientific advances relating to yoga, so that we keep it safe.

Heart Centre offers small classes so that they can easily be adapted to the participants´ changing needs at liminal times of life: most notably during pregnancy and the postnatal period. Programs are physically challenging but uplifting, rejuvenating and calming. The result is strength and wellness.

We channel the personal and group energies to make a happy, safe place to refresh your body and find a deep state of relaxation.
