Partners in Labour Workshop

This two hour workshop will allow you and your partner time and space to fully appreciate the time spent together in stage one labour. It takes place once per month in cooperation with the Well Baby Clinic of Luxembourg.

Learn:
- Breathing for labour and delivery
- Yoga to better position the baby in the birth canal
- Rebozo and birthing ball techniques relax the ligaments for a more comfortable labour
- Relaxation and massage for mental and physical preparation
- Acupressure and fascia release ease contractions

Cost: €80 per couple
